About

The City of Pleasanton Leader in Training (LIT) program helps teens prepare for future employment through training in essential job skills and engaging in meaningful volunteer work. Leaders In Training with Ridge Runner camps will have an opportunity to grow in their communication, decision-making, and leadership skills in a fun and memorable environment. LITs will directly support counselors in camp hikes, games, activities, and songs. Ridge Runners is designed for volunteers who enjoy being outside or have an appreciation for nature and have knowledge or desire to learn about our local ecology.
