Provider Terms

1. Who these terms apply to

These Provider Terms apply to any business or individual (“Provider”) who submits an activity listing to froliq.app. By submitting a listing you agree to these terms in addition to our general Terms of Use.

2. Listing accuracy

You warrant that all information in your listing is:

Accurate, complete, and not misleading.
Your own content or content you have the right to publish.
Compliant with all applicable local laws and regulations.

You are responsible for keeping your listing up to date using the edit link provided by email. Outdated listings (e.g. past event dates) may be archived or removed by our editorial team.

3. Content standards

Listings must not contain:

Deceptive pricing (e.g. hiding mandatory fees).
Discriminatory language.
Adult or inappropriate content.
Links to external sites that are not directly relevant to the activity.

4. Editorial review

All listings are reviewed by our editorial team before going live. We reserve the right to reject, edit for clarity, or remove any listing at our sole discretion without notice.

5. Licence grant

By submitting a listing you grant Froliq a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and distribute the listing content on froliq.app, in our email digest, and in reasonable promotional materials (e.g. social media posts). This licence ends when the listing is removed.

6. Featured placement

Featured listings may be available for a fee. Featured status does not guarantee any specific number of views or enquiries. Fees are non-refundable once the listing has gone live as a featured placement.

7. No endorsement

Appearing on Froliq does not constitute an endorsement or certification of your activity. We do not verify qualifications, insurance, or regulatory compliance. Providers are solely responsible for obtaining all required licences, insurance, and clearances.

8. Termination

Either party may end the listing relationship at any time. You may request removal by emailing hello@froliq.app. We may remove listings that violate these terms without notice.

9. Liability

Froliq is not liable for any loss arising from a parent or attendee relying on inaccurate listing information you have provided. You indemnify Froliq against any claims arising from your listing content or your activity.
