2. What Froliq is

Froliq is an online directory that lists family activities, classes, camps, and events submitted by activity providers. We do not organise, host, or endorse any listed activity. We are not a party to any transaction between parents and providers.

3. Accuracy of listings

Listing information (dates, prices, age ranges, addresses) is provided by activity providers and may not be up to date. Always confirm details directly with the provider before attending or purchasing. Froliq is not liable for inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete listing information.

4. Permitted use

You agree not to:

Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent listing information.
Use the site to spam, scrape at scale, or harvest contact information.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform.
Reproduce or commercially exploit site content without written permission.

5. Email subscriptions

By subscribing to Weekend Picks or activity alerts you consent to receive those specific emails. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting hello@froliq.app. We comply with CAN-SPAM and CASL.

6. Intellectual property

The Froliq name, logo, and original site content are our property. Activity listings remain the intellectual property of the respective providers; by submitting a listing you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on froliq.app and in our email digest.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Froliq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or attendance at any listed activity.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
